How to Use:
- Pour the dried vermicelli directly into the boiling water
- Fresh vermicelli: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for about 8 minutes, take it out and rinse it with cold water until the vermicelli is cooled, drain and use. The vermicelli can be kept for 6-8 hours without spoiling. Use fresh vermicelli with grilled meat, spring rolls or use with broth as you like.
- Stir-fried vermicelli: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for about 7 minutes, take it out and rinse it with cold water until the noodles cool down, drain. Prepare a hot pan, add a little oil, then saute vegetables, meat, mushrooms, seafood and spices. Preserve:
